Intocircuit Mini 3000mAh Portable External Battery Charger Review

By Tuan Do

I received a couple of Intocircuit products for reviewing. Unfortunately, my experience with the Intocircuit Power Castle 15000mAh External Battery was horrible. So how about the Intocircuit Mini 3000mAh Portable External Battery?

Features & Performance

Surprisingly, the Intocircuit battery looks almost the same as the Jellyfish Go-Go Juice Portable Battery I reviewed last year. Therefore, I’m more doubtful of its quality because the Jellyfish battery was dead after a few months.

The external battery features the same lipstick design with aluminum body. There are a built-in flashlight, an input and an output port on one end. The power button and battery indicator are located on the front. It also comes with a mini-USB cable and a travel pouch.

The battery has a higher capacity of 3,000mAh but the charging time is almost the same. It takes more than 4 hours to fully charge the battery. When I use it to charge my smartphones, it seems like the battery doesn’t support fast charging. So, it takes about 3 hours to charge my Samsung Galaxy S6 and more than 2 hours to charge the Huawei P8 Lite.

Overall, I haven’t got any problem with the battery yet and I hope it won’t break down like the bigger version. The Intocircuit mini external battery costs just over $12.99 on Amazon and it might be a good portable solution for you.
