A few months ago, I had a serious pain in my heels due to improper sitting posture. My feet often lay on hard floor for more than 5 hours a day and I immediately felt the pain when standing up. I even couldn’t use my motorized desk in the standing mode like I used to. Fortunately, my feet started recovering after 3-4 months and I knew I had to find some products to fix my sitting posture apart from reducing computer time. The HUANUO HNFR4 is one of the products I’ve used and let’s see if it could make my feet more comfortable.

HUANUO has a few footrests available on Amazon and this HNFR4 is different as the top surface includes both massage texture and roller. The whole product is mostly made of plastic but it feels quite sturdy and durable.
My only complaint is that the footrest might move around a little bit; It won’t stay in one place when you move your feet. Therefore, I find myself having to drag it back after a while but that’s not really a big issue and I forget about it most of the time.
Before using this product, I was not really concerned about my sitting posture and that led to my injuries. In my occasions, I found my feet twisting each other and only touched the floor with my toes. The footrest really helps keep my feet elevated, tilt to the right angle, and improve feet blood circulation as they move on the top surface. You can also easily change between 3 different heights (3.9″, 5.3″, and 6.5″).
Everything works perfectly and the HUANUO footrest makes my feet more comfortable than ever. Therefore, we at TechWalls totally recommend the product.
