Case-Mate Gold Glam Case for iPhone 5S Review

By Tuan Do

Today, we are going to review another Case-mate case for iPhone 5S, that is the Champagne Glam case.

If you couldn’t get a gold iPhone 5S, this case could be a great choice for you because all parts of the case is covered with champagne gold color.

In terms of design, the case is almost similar to the Case-Mate Wood Case we reviewed earlier. Fortunately, the champagne case looks more sturdy and it is not defective because it is built of plastic on sides as well as the back panel.

Check out our unboxing video and some images of the Case-mate Champagne case.

Again, the case has some issues as some other Case-mate products. The case is too thick and it makes users difficult to reach the wake/sleep button and volume rocker on the left.

That’s the only downside of this case. Overall, I find it protect the iPhone 5S very well, it will take you a while to separate 2 pieces of the case and remove your phone. I also love its back panel with an underlying layer of sparkles, which make the phone very sexy. It has cutouts on all ports and buttons, so you can access all functionalities easily.

The Case-mate case is very suitable for girls, especially when they can’t get the gold iPhone. Your iPhone will also be safe within the case. If the thick design is not a problem for you, go with it. The case is available on MobileFun for $33.49.
