BlackBerry R10 Images Leaked Again – shows full device

Updated on Oct 6, 2013 by Guest Authors

More images have come online showing the new BlackBerry R10 device. This time, the images show the full device, both from the front and the back. We can have an idea of how the device looks, which buttons it will have and which design it will feature.

By assessing the images, the BlackBerry R10 looks like a low cut version of the BlackBerry Q10. So basically we can say that the BlackBerry R10 is for budget customers or for entry level markets.

Preliminary Specs of the BlackBerry R10

Alongside the images, we also got our hands on the initial specs sheet as well. Following are some of the key features that we might possibly see in BlackBerry R10

  • Full QWERTY keyboard with 3.1 inch display
  • 720 x 720 resolution
  • 5 MP camera with up to 2560 x 1920 resolutions shoots
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 8GB internal storage
  • 1800 mAh non removable battery
  • BlackBerry 10.1 OS

Now we do labeled it as a budget version of the Q10 because the internal storage, battery and camera specs has been reduced as compared to the Q10 but rest is the same.

The rest of the design of the BlackBerry R10 looks promising and being a BlackBerry fan, I would definitely love to get my hands on this device as soon as it gets released. Many would debate on the screen size or the resolution of the mobile phone but I would say that it’s the perfect match for the mobile.

Normally when your device feature a rather small screen, you won’t consider it to be a full multimedia device to play movies and games of all sorts but BlackBerry did put a 2 GB RAM which is capable of providing enough juice to run your applications smoothly.

Of course the price difference would be there as well but we will have to see for how much BlackBerry is going to offer this set to the market but we expect a price tag of around $300 – $400. The release date is still not out yet but we are expecting the BlackBerry R10 device to hit the market by Q3, 2013. Leave us comments down below and share your views with us.
