Apple introduced the iPhone 17e in March 2026 as a more affordable member of the iPhone 17 family. It features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, Ceramic Shield 2 front glass, aluminum frame with glass back, the A19 chip (3nm process with 4-core GPU), 8GB RAM, a single 48MP Fusion main camera with optical zoom up to 2x, 12MP front camera, Face ID, MagSafe/Qi2 wireless charging (15W), and an Action button. All models use Apple’s C1X cellular modem and lack 5G mmWave support.
The iPhone 17e is available with 256GB or 512GB of storage and comes in Black, White, and Soft Pink. Pricing starts from just $699.
As with other iPhones, Apple produces different regional versions of the iPhone 17e. There are 3 hardware model numbers: A3575, A3634, and A3635.
