At the lauch event in London today, HTC has just announced its newest smartphone, HTC Sensation. The multimedia superphone has a premium unibody aluminum design with true widescreen display with qHD (540 X 960) resolution, rich high-fidelity audio, advanced entertainment capabilities with instant capture camera, HTC Watch, full HD video recording and an immersive new HTC Sense that give us an excellent mobile multimedia experience.
Some notable features of the HTC Sensation:

- Platform: Android 2.3 Gingerbread with HTC Sense UI 3.0
- Storage: Internal: 1 GB, RAM: 768 MB, Expansion: microSD memory card (SD 2.0 compatible)

The release date of HTC Sensation is set on May 19 via Vodafone in UK. Other UK networks will have to wait until June.
