EVO Gym System – A Foldable Versatile Personal Gym for Everyone

Updated on Jan 11, 2021 by Tuan Do

A new year brings new resolutions but joining a gym is no longer in the list of many people, especially when the COVID-19 pandemic is in its 2nd year and more people die everyday. The shift to homeworking encourages people to cancel their gym memberships and change their workout habit. The explosion in fitness tech and equipments offers us a lot of choice to exercise anytime and anywhere while saving a small fortune.

Most find new ways to exercise from home or simply head out for walking, hiking or engaging in other outdoor pursuits. It is very difficult to have all the equipments like in a gym, and you probably don’t have the budget and space for an expensive internet-connected fitness equipment. Therefore, a versatile personal gym like the EVO Gym is a great solution at the moment.

This is a simple and inexpensive resistance band-based equipment that allows you to work out at any place you want. It includes a sturdy base with polycarbonate and aluminum body, 2 handles, a steel bar, incremental resistance bands, and a pouch. The base is foldable so that you easily carry it around your house or put it into your backpack and take it to a local park.

To start your workout session, you’ll just need to lay out the base on the floor, connect resistance bands, and finally connect the handles or steel bar to the bands. It looks simple but you can perform a wide variety of exercises with it, including chest fly, bicep curl, tricep extension, shoulder press, bent-over row, upright row, lateral raise, squat, deadlift, etc.

The EVO Gym includes 10 resistance bands in total; Specifically, we have 2x 10 lbs, 2x 20 lbs, 2x 30 lbs, and 4x 50 lbs bands. You can install up to 4 bands on each side of the base, so the total resistance could reach 300 lbs. You can change the height and resistance of the band to accommodate different exercises.

Mitchell McBrayer, founder of EVO Fitness, had the idea of EVO Gym before his trip to Thailand. This is a cost-effective and portable system that can help people stay in shape when traveling as well as in the comfort of our own home.

EVO Gym makes working out incredibly convenient, allowing anybody to stay in shape no matter what is happening in their lives. By allowing people to create and keep a consistent habit of exercise, I believe that EVO Gym will help transform the lives of many.
