Samsung plans to launch a Tizen based smartwatch, that can make calls!
According to a recent report, Samsung is working on a smartwatch that no longer requires a smartphone to function. i.e. it can make calls and receive text messages on its own without being connected to a mobile phone. It can also send email, and packs GPS, Bluetooth and a heart monitor.

China bans Windows 8 on government computers
The Chinese government, through its official mouthpiece Xinhua News Agency, has announced that from then on all government-owned computers would be rid of the Windows 8 operating system, citing as reason the Windows XP end-of-life-support that Microsoft announced last year and implemented on April 8.
