2012 Kia Rio 5-door Scavenger Hunt

By Tuan Do

This post brought to you by Kia Rio. All opinions are 100% mine.

What do you think about you and your friend participating in a GeoCache scavenger hunt event to meet Christina Milian? Two pairs of best friends have joined the challenge on the Zip and Dash across Los Angeles in the 2012 Kia Rio 5-door.

They were given clues on the way and their prize is meeting the Holywood celebrity, Christina Milian. She gave them the clues and contestants used awesome features of the vehicle to make their way through the search. The Bluetooth system and USB input jack helped them to discover those clues and unlock codes to find the way. They have gone though 5 different locations including the Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round – a historic landmark since 1937, Amoeba Records – one of the most popular historic music stores in L.A., Rodeo Drive – one of the most expensive shopping destinations in Beverly Hills, Pink’s Hot Dogs – an L.A. favorite serving hot dogs and the Roosevelt Hotel. I'd love to join the challenge if it could be held in New York, Watch the competition in the video below.

Along the journey, the UVO Technology also helped them a lot. This is a nice feature that help drivers use their voice to navigate phone and audio controls. Its rear camera display also makes it easier to see things behiind your car when it reverses. Go to Rio Explorer Page if you want to see more details and features of the car.

What do you think about the Kia Rio and the Scavenger Hunt? Let us know with your comment.
