SD TabletWear Stand and Type Nexus 10 Case Review

By Tuan Do

When it comes to tablet cases, SD Tabletwear is my favorite choice because they are often manufactured in high standard and priced reasonably. I used the SD Tabletwear Frameless Case on my Nexus 7 and I haven’t found out a better case till now.

I’m also using a Google Nexus 10 and today I’m going to review the SD TabletWear Stand and Type case for my tablet.

Overview Video

Design and Protection

The SD TabletWear Stand and Type Case fits my Nexus 10 perfectly. Unlike the case for my Nexus 7, this one has a frame covering all bezels on the front. Yet it still has cutouts for speakers on 2 sides, mini-USB port, headphone jack, camera, power and volume buttons. Therefore, the case could stay on your device forever.

The case comes in some colors like Red, Black, Purple and Blue. I got the Red case because it looks so gorgeous on my black Nexus 10, this is actually a bright red color which makes your device stand out. Its exterior is made of faux leather, so it delivers a stylish and premium look.

As its name suggested, this case comes with a built-in stand feature. You can simply clip it into the back to stand the Nexus 10 for comfortable viewing and typing positions.

The case also includes a magnetic flip front cover, so it can automatically wake and sleep your Nexus 10. This is a convenient feature and I almost don’t have to touch the Power button ever again.

I haven’t dropped my device yet but the case is very sturdy and well-padded, so I believe it can protect my device pretty well.

The SD TabletWear case is performing exactly like advertised and it is even more beautiful than the images you can find on the product page. It is available on MobileFun for around £17.97, we highly recommend it for your Nexus tablet.
