Zubie Key, Reasons I love the Service

By Tuan Do

This post brought to you by Zubie. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve been using my Zubie key for the last 4 weeks and I love that it helped me always connect to my car. I can say this is the ultimate road trip buddy for drivers, especially when Spring Break and the Summer are ahead. For more details of the service, you can check out the early review I wrote a few weeks ago.

Basically, Zubie let me keep track of my driving behavior. Besides, it gives me information on the heath of the engine. All information like speeding, suddent acceleration, braking, vehicle location, etc are recorded so that I know what I should do to drive safer. This is also a great feature in case your children are teen drivers, Zubie will be a great gift for them. It doesn’t only shows your care but also help you know if there is anything wrong with your children’s cars. The vehicle location can be shared among family members, so your kids will feel that you are around protecting them.

During the last month, I only had a problem with my battery and the Zubie could not detect when it was dead. In my experiment, it seems like the Zubie key is powered with my battery, even when I left my car. That explains why my already-weak battery was suddenly drained out sometimes. If you have a good battery, I think you won’t have any problem.

There is an interesting feature that I didn’t mention in the review. It is that you can estimate value of your vehicle based on provided information. Therefore, you will know how much you should list your car when you want to sell it.

The support staff of Zubie is very helpful. I had some problem with my activation code and I contacted them via email, they sent me a new code within a day and it worked perfectly.
