Sound+Sleep SE Sleep Therapy System Review

By Tuan Do

We all want a deeper sleep since it will help restore the energy for the day ahead. However, it is not easy, especially when you are getting older. That’s the reason why sleep aiding systems like the Sound+Sleep SE was born. Let’s check it out.

Unboxing & Testing

Features & Performance

This is a very simple machine that anyone can use without any instruction. Basically, you will just need to power it on and turn on the big knob to change the sound. The Sound+Sleep SE has 64 distinct sound profiles to help you have a deeper sleep, relaxation, or body renewal.

You can find the sound of rainfall, meadow, ocean, brook, city, crowds, white noise, pink noise, etc. Each of them has 4 variations and you can switch between them by pressing the Selection button.

On the front, you can also see a display button to turn on/off lights, timer button, and an adaptive button to adjust volume level automatically.

On the right side, you can 2 USB ports to charge your phones and 2 auxiliary ports. So you can plug in your phone to play music or use your headphones for private listening. Unfortunately, Bluetooth is not supported here.

The product doesn’t do anything special and the sound is not clean and clear as I expected. It has an expensive price tag of over $100 and I can’t justify the price. I’d rather use an app on my phone and a decent Bluetooth speaker; this is not only a cheaper solution but also deliver a much better sound.

For the reasons, I can’t recommend the Sound+Sleep SE at the moment.
