Samsung Flip Cover and TecTiles Giveaway

By Tuan Do

By the end of December 2012, Samsung was holding a generous giveaway on Samsung Mobile USA’s Facebook page. They gave a Flip Cover and six programmable NFC TecTiles to users of Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

The Flip Cover is available in 4 colors, namely Orange, Pink, Light Green and Light Blue, and its listing price is around $39.99. The programmable NFC tags are also available on Samsung website for $14.99. The NFC Tectiles can be programmed to change phone settings, launch apps, update social status, make phone calls or send text messages automatically, you just need to tap your phone to the tags to perform corresponding actions.

In the last December, the giveaway ended in just a few hours due to the huge requests from Galaxy users. And I’ve just received an email from Samsung and they say the giveaway is extended now. Here is the content of the email:

We were so thrilled to have an overwhelming response for our Care Package Giveaway at the end of December. We wanted to reward our loyal fans who registered in the Owner’s Hub during that time, so we’ve decided to extend the offer of a premium Flip Cover and six programmable TecTiles.

Thank you again for being such a proud Galaxy owner, and stay tuned for exciting new giveaways coming soon!

I’ve just submitted the order and the care package will arrive in 6-8 weeks. Make sure to register your device on Samsung Facebook Page to receive the offer.
