iPhone 17 Pro Max Model Number A3257, A3525, A3526, A3527 Differences

By Tuan Do

The iPhone 17 Pro Max has arrived and it has become the most expensive iPhone released in 2025. With a stunning 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR display and the new Ceramic Shield 2, it features a peak brightness of 3000 nits and a ProMotion refresh rate up to 120Hz. It now has a new heat-forged aluminum unibody design with a vapor chamber cooling system to improve durability and accomodate a larger battery.

Under the hood, it is powered by an A19 Pro chip, which provides a massive performance boost for games and professional video editing. Its camera system is overhauled with a triple 48MP Fusion camera setup on the rear, including a new Telephoto lens with up to 8x optical zoom. The new 18MP Center Stage front camera also brings automatic framing for group selfies and simultaneous front and rear video recording.

iPhone 17 Pro Max A3526

DescriptionThe A3526 is often considered the international model of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. It is widely sold in Europe, Asia and many other parts of the world. It typically comes with a physical nano-SIM slot in addition to eSIM support. This might be useful for travelers as e-SIM is not so popular in most of these countries. Unfortunately, we’d have to sacrifice the battery capacity a bit for the SIM card tray.
