The well-known Tequila brand Jose Cuervo is celebrating #partyanimals by producing a series of funny films with lions, pandas, stingrays, zebras, penguins and tortoises.
Each script tells the story of how groups of mates talk in a night out. The clips are worth watching as they are dubbed by two American voiceover artists and also Youtube stars. They added their own personalities and jokes on the original scripts in a natural way like real life situations. Watch the Party Animal videos here.
They also launched a new tool called the Howl app to get mates together spontaneously. By using this app, you can easily hold a party by creating packs of your friends, then just send a ‘howl’ out to everyone and let them know when and where the party is. The app is very handy when you find a great pub or bar, and want to get your friends together to have some fun. Everything becomes much easier with the Howl app. You create a pack of mates on your phone and send a howl out to a specific group (friend, family, work colleagues). The app will let all members of the group receive your message and discover where the party is at. When your friends see the message, they can answer yes or no. The best performer could become the pack leader with the right to rename the pack and get an animal avatar.
The Howl app has a very nice and simple interface. It uses the Foursquare API for location check-ins, the pack leader can locate each Pack member as they travel and issue SMS.
