Grelife 1500W Space Heater Review – I Like It More Than Expected

By Tuan Do

Before testing the Grelife heater, I had no idea how I was gonna use it in my daily life. During the fall and winter, I am still heating my whole house with an oil heating system and it works perfectly fine. Therefore, I was quite surprised that I’ve used this space heater more than expected.

Disclosure: I received the product in exchange for the review. I spent time testing it to make sure the review is honest and unbiased.

Features & Performance

The Grelife heater requires minimal setup out of the box. Basically, I just had to screw the base into the body, then it is ready to use. It has a simple design and you won’t need to read the manual to start using it. The whole body is made of plastic with metal front grille and a leather handle. The handle comes extremely useful as I move the heater around a lot.

There are 2 control knobs on top of the heater; The lower one is used to power on/off and switch among 4 heating modes (High, Low, Low with Oscillation, and High with Oscillation) while the higher one is used to adjust temperature.

The compact size of the Grelife makes it a very cost-effective and flexible option for heating different rooms. I use it in my kitchen most of the time, especially in the morning. As the heat is off during the night, my kitchen is often very cold in the morning; Turning up the oil heat often takes a while to warm up the room as well as other rooms in the first floor, which is unnecessary. Therefore, I can just place the space heater close to the dining table and enjoy my breakfast there. I love that the heater can deliver more focused heat and potentially save me some money on the oil bill. As soon as I power it on, I can feel the warm air coming out instantly and when I turn on oscillation, it is good enough to warm up a small room in a few minutes.

I also carry the heater to my basement and garage regularly because I have no heat in those areas and my projects can’t wait until Spring. This is actually a very safe heating solution with overheating protection and overturning protection. The heater will immediately power off if it is tipped over. Besides, I sometimes use the heater in my bedroom during freezing nights; Then I still can keep warm without overworking the main heating system.

Overall, I really like the Grelife 1500W space heater as it works well for me in different scenarios. It is not only a supplemental heating solution but also a great backup heater for me during power outages; I can just plug it to my power station with solar panels and heat my room when needed. The heater has a listing price of $79.99 but I’ve seen it drop as low as $45 occasionally. We at TechWalls highly recommend the product.
