Google redesigned Nexus 5 hardware

By Guest Authors

Looks like Google does not only care about their Software but Hardware as well because Google Nexus 5 just got a hardware revision. This happened because some of the owners of Nexus 5 had some complaints about their phones, Google listened to them and improved the areas where they were facing problems in.

Google Nexus 5 with hardware revision have a new speaker and microphone grill, improved buttons and SIM tray and an improved screen frame. The reasons they were revised is that the complaints said that the frame was too sharp and didn’t feel nice in hands, the buttons were not too good and were wobbly and the sim tray did not fit nicely, but what caught our eyes were the large openings that the revised version of nexus 5 has on its speakers and microphone. Nexus 5 has a single speakers and with large openings the sound waves would be able to move freely which will help in increasing the intensity of the sound. There are also some other improvements but according to a report that says that the new revised version of Nexus 5 are coming with warmer screen tones.

Your stuck both ways if you have the older or the newer version of LG Nexus 5 because if you have the older version you will get the wobbly buttons and the sim tray issue with the usual speaker and microphone grill whether as if you have the revised version of Google Nexus 5 you will have a larger grilled speaker and microphone and no sim tray or button issues but then there are reports that say the display has warmer screen tones than usual.

The initial LG Nexus 5 buyers are left out because Google has not showed any interest in exchanging their phones and we won’t be surprised if their customers will be angry with them or just move away from Nexus devices, but everything put aside it’s good to see Google responding to their customers complaints and fixing the issues that they were having as soon as possible.
