Although the Firefox 4 hasn’t got official yet, Mozilla UI team has already posted some screenshots that show the possible UI of Firefox 5. Those are maybe not final designs but still they suggest some great ideas for the next version. Firefox 5 is expected to be released in mid-2011.

Site-specific browsers
This is an awesome feature. Essentially, Firefox 5 will have dedicated tabs integrated into the UI, they will offer different features based on the site.
